I don't recommend them. I bought a tree from them Fall 2012 for $100. I was never told the policies, planting options, and the service was bad. Three days later the tree was very sick. I called and a woman named Shelly came out and said it was OK and sprayed it with something. The next week it looked completely dead. I called again and asked for a full or at least partial refund. She came out and said it was OK and wait until the spring and sprayed it again. It is now Spring and the tree is dead (like it was!). Turns out Shelly was fired. When I called again and asked for a refund or new tree the owner, Helen, said she would take care of it. They came back with another $100 price tag. No thanks! Beware...
