The Oral Surgeons of Nelson & Wells OMS have been committed to serving our community for over 50 years. Steven R. Nelson, DDS, MS and Zachary T. Wells, DMD, practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal.
