Welcome to Network Business Machines, Inc. We have been locally owned and operated since 1987. With our factory trained technicians we can service and repair your copier, fax, printer and multifunctional systems. We offer on-site as well as carry-in service. Response time to your office is 2 - 8 hours. Our on-site field labor rate is $130.00 per hour, plus travel (travel rate examples: Redding and Chico $10.00, Red Bluff $30.00, Eureka $110.00 multiple machines are only charged 1 travel charge and if you have a current maintenance agreement with us on other equipment, you are never charge a travel fee). If you bring your equipment to our shop the hourly rate is $85.00 per hour with a 1 day turn around. We offer a 30 day or 4,000 copy warranty, whichever comes first, on all service work performed. Sorry we do not work on inkjet based equipment.
