Hi there, I'm Jess Van Wagoner, and I've had the pleasure of assisting over 1,000 families with their mortgage financing needs throughout my career. I'm dedicated to educating homebuyers about the loan process and providing top-notch service at every step. This allows us to tailor the perfect mortgage to each client's unique needs. I specialize in a variety of loans, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, as well as Jumbo Loans, down payment assistance, and renovation and new construction programs. With licenses in multiple states, I can offer an exceptional mortgage experience to homebuyers across the country.

When I'm not helping clients, I love spending time outdoors—camping, hunting, fishing, and playing golf—and enjoying quality time with my wife and family, raising our two boys.
