Awesome instructors Dan and his wife, Great atmosphere they have classes for everyone in the family from children to adults, would definantly recommend them. I currently am taking their kickboxing class and i love it.

Ive been searching for a place to do kickboxing for years, finally found a place that works perfectly with my schedule, reasonable prices & I can bring my son. the class is amazing, never leave without being sore. its fun & upbeat, definitely worth every penny.
