New England Submission Fighting

NESF has been teaching MMA, kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and self-defense in Western MA since 1993, making it the oldest MMA school in New England in continuous operation.

NESF offers instruction in Mixed Martial Arts, a sport and approach to martial arts that draws the best moves from Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling, and other practical styles.

While members of NESF compete regularly on a professional and amateur basis in MMA fights and grappling contests, training is by no means limited only to individuals whose goal is to step into a cage. We ask only that you be willing to train hard, keep an open mind, and maintain a positive attitude. NESF members range in age from 15 to 60+
