About us
New Ground Counseling, established in 2014, is a faith-based counseling practice in Redmond, Washington providing evidence-based therapy for children, individuals, young adults, couples, and families. Our licensed counselors offer professional mental health care, with the option to integrate Christian faith and spirituality into therapy when requested by the client. We help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, loss, and relationship challenges, supporting healing, growth, and healthier relationships.
