My experience at this new york city storage facility was very pleasant. The customer service was amazing from all of the employees. They were very professional, informative, and detail oriented. They worked with me on the price and gave me a great deal. I would recommend them to all of my friends. They even offered me the use of the company moving truck so I could move into my unit sooner and finally use the garage space for parking my car. They really know what it means to provide excellent customer service. I just can't get over how helpful the employees were and what a great job they did in renting me a unit.‎
