🧠 Mental Health Check-In: Where Are You Right Now?
Mental health often gets overlooked, but it’s just as important as your physical health.
Ask yourself:
✅ Have I been sleeping more or less than usual?
✅ Am I feeling emotionally numb, anxious, or on edge?
✅ Have I lost interest in things that usually make me happy?
✅ Am I more irritable, withdrawn, or overwhelmed?
If you answered yes to any of those—it’s okay.
These could be signs of anxiety, depression, burnout, or emotional fatigue.
You’re not alone, and you’re not weak.
Talking to someone—a friend, a therapist, a doctor—can make a big difference.
Let’s break the stigma.
Mental health is health.
