I am a therapist who specializes in treating PTSD, providing lasting relief from the impacts of traumatic or impactful experiences. In my judgment-free-zone, I prepare my client's by filling their 'toolbox' with various coping skills to build their confidence in their ability to manage the emotions of day-to-day life as well as when they're triggered. I utilize the productive methods of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and A.R.T. (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) to make memories not hurt anymore.
