Welcome to Next Step Foot & Ankle Clinic where your foot and ankle health is our top priority. We have three podiatrists on staff, Dr. Darren Silvester, Dr. Gregory Larsen, and Dr. Sara Grzywa along with two clinic locations, one in Universal City/San Antonio, Texas, and one in Pleasanton, Texas.
