He is an inclusive surgeon who sees patients of all ethnic groups, races, genders, and sexual orientation. Dr. Bailey received a medical degree from Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia. He completed a residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons.
