Nicholas Grimaldi, DO is a board-certified orthopedic and spine specialist with advanced training in minimally invasive spine surgery, joint replacement, and conservative orthopedic care. He provides comprehensive treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including spine disorders, hip, knee, and shoulder problems, and sports injuries. Dr. Grimaldi is skilled in both surgical and non-surgical approaches, offering arthroscopic surgery, as well as orthopedic and spinal injections, to help patients return to active, pain-free lives.

Dr. Grimaldi completed his orthopedic surgery residency and internship at Memorial Hospital in York, Pennsylvania, in affiliation with the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. With a patient-centered philosophy, he emphasizes individualized treatment plans and prioritizes conservative care whenever possible.
