Nicole Baker, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician who sees children from birth, adults, and elderly patients. Dr. Baker provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams, well-woman exams, health physicals, vaccinations, weight management medication and therapies for the prevention of HIV/AIDS.
