About us
I have a special interest in helping patients achieve better health through sustainable weight loss. My passion is also deeply personal. In my thirties, I became a wife and mom of 3 kids, all while working and trying to "do it all." I had never struggled with weight before, but suddenly I found myself struggling with my postpartum body. As a physician, I would go to work and talk to patients all day long about self-care, nutrition, and exercise, yet here I was unable to do this myself. I felt overwhelmed and stuck.
