About us
Nicole Sroka M.D. received her bachelor's degree in molecular biology from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. She then earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She is a board-certified General Surgeon, specializing in Breast Surgery. Dr. Sroka is a member of the Society of Surgical Oncology, American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Breast Surgeons, and the Southeastern Surgical Society. Dr. Sroka has developed new oncoplastic techniques over her career to minimize scarring and improve cosmesis of the breast for both benign and malignant surgeries. She has developed new localizing techniques and specializes in minimally invasive procedures. She has experience with hidden scars and nipple sparing for small and large breast. She incorporates functional and alternative treatment throughout her process. She is dedicated to providing personalized breast cancer care and focuses on quality time versus quantity.
