About us
Dr. Delahunty was born in Northampton, England, and moved to the United States when he was 7 years old. He completed high-school at age 16 and returned to England for two years before completing his undergraduate work in anatomical sciences at McGill University in Montreal. He then received a master's degree in anatomy and cell biology from the University of Southern California in 1987 and his medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, a division of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, in 1991. After completing his residency at Carolinas Medical Center in 1995, Dr. Delahunty moved to Greer to begin his medical practice. His special interests include general obstetrics, vaginal surgery, and menopausal medicine. He is also active in clinical research involving contraception, PMS, endometriosis, and hormone replacement therapy. Dr. Delahunty and his wife have three sons. They enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, travel and spending time with family and friends.
