Michele Novotny, a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist with over a decade of experience, founded Nightingale Hearing in May 2024. Driven by a passion for personalized care, Michele witnessed firsthand the impact hearing loss has on daily life during her time at VA Audiology and private practice clinics.
