About us
Dr. Nikita J Patel, OD, received her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Psychology at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Patel then earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Ohio State University College of Optometry in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Patel received specialty training in myopia control contact lenses. Dr. Patel has experience in comprehensive eye care, managing glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, cataracts, retinal vascular diseases, dry-eye, and red eyes. Dr. Patel is a member of the American Academy of Orthkokeratology & Myopia Control, American Optometric Assocation, and Ohio Optometric Association. Dr. Patel ‘s personal time is spent in a variety of pursuits including spending time with her husband and her son, cooking, baking, yoga, and traveling.
