I am passionate about fighting the stigma of mental health and assisting others as they access their own potential for growth and change. My practice is grounded in a comprehensive patient-centered philosophy that incorporates evidence-based treatment options. My clinical expertise and extensive experience in diagnosing and management of a wide range of mental health conditions helps me to formulate individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve optimal mental well-being. At the heart of my practice is the patient. I strive to cultivate a compassionate, therapeutic, and safe environment for my clients which allows them to feel empowered, identify personal goals, and make informed decisions related to their specific needs.
