As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with roots from a place where mental illness was considered a taboo , I understand the unique challenges many of us face when it comes to mental health. Our experiences are shaped by a complex history, cultural richness, and resilience that deserve recognition and care tailored to our needs.
My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported—because your mental health matters. I provide evidence-based care, including therapy and medication management, while honoring the cultural and personal experiences that shape who you are.
