I hired Normanskill Custom Cabinets and it was the best decision I ever made! Mr Lis was a true craftsman who combined his 30 yrs of business experience with ideas I hadn't thought of in terms of how to improve it's function. I so enjoyed picking my own personal cabinet stains and profiles and was so impressed I asked him to continue with molding and handmade doors to adjoining areas. He was very receptive to my input and eventhough everyone who visits my home admires the work, the most important thing is I truely enjoy my kitchen every day!! I recommend him without reservation and am already planning my next project.

Normanskill Custom Cabinets in Colonie As a business owner, I can not understand how a company like this remains in business. After our initial meeting with what we thought was a professional kitchen designer turned out to be a never ending nightmare! In short we brought a sample cabinet door in and was told that they could match that. After 3 color changes our cabinets were worse than what we had to begin with. Literally inconsistent paint brush marks on the cabinets Not only did we have issues with the color we had a issue with the design that didn't work. After losing 5 cabinets he made another design change only to find out the oven and microwave didn't fit due to his miscalculations. Additionally, the base cabinets were not level for the counter top , trim moldings had to be cut once again for his miscalculations and many more issues to mention. After giving him a SUBSTANTIAL amount of money he refused to return phone calls and denied anything was wrong. We had to hire a real...
