North Boulder Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation, L.L.C has been providing the highest quality of physical therapy care in Boulder, Colorado for over 30 years. The original facility, at Boulder Medical Center, was established in 1979 by Debra Layne, PT. In 1999, the company opened an additional 6000 square foot state of the art rehabilitation facility in Boulder.

North Boulder Physical Therapy only employs the most qualified and experienced rehab professionals in the area. We specialize in care for orthopedic, sports, occupational injury, hand, peripheral neuropathy, women's health and vestibular rehabilitation. Our therapists also offer specialized services such as biomechanical video analysis, incontinence training, sport specific conditioning programs such as ski testing or bike fittings, orthotic casting and in-house fabrication, kinesio taping, trigger point dry needling, pilates, and neurological rehabilitation.

New Patient first appointment : $150
Followup appointments: 60 minutes: $150
Followup appointments: 30 minutes: $75

Private Pay Fee Schedule for Athletic Training Consultation with Ted Layne, PT, A.T.C (Consultant PT for CU):

60 Minute appointment: $150
30 Minute appointment: $75

Foot Orthotics Fee Schedule:

Full Evaluation/Casting, Follow-up Fitting, and In-house Fabrication: $100-250
Full Evaluation/Casting, Follow-up Fitting, and Out-of-house Lab Fabrication: $400
