About us
North Miami Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in North Miami, Florida, provides outpatient treatment for adults who are struggling with addictions to opioids. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) combines the use of prescription medications like buprenorphine, methadone, and Suboxone with counseling services and has proved to be successful in treating opioid addiction. After completing a thorough assessment, each patient is prescribed a medication that is most beneficial for them. Unlike at many methadone clinics, patients who receive care at North Miami CTC have the opportunity to participate in group and individual counseling sessions where they can learn coping skills that may help prevent future relapse.
