Welcome to North Pointe Apartments, a lovely community in a prime location that allows you to get away from it all without giving up the conveniences of city life. Our pet-friendly one and two-bedroom apartments in Elkhart, Indiana welcome you home to a warm environment that puts your needs first. We have everything you need to enjoy a carefree lifestyle, from cozy living arrangements, essential amenities, and beautiful surroundings.
Each Elkhart apartment features generous walk-in closets with organizers as well as beautiful European-style kitchens with breakfast bars, and additional storage spaces. Other perks include off-street parking, carports, bike racks, and recycling services. Plus, we offer 24-hour maintenance services. To make your life easier, we included part of the utilities in the rent and provide water, trash, and sewer services too. We also added a gorgeous swimming pool with sundeck where you can cool off on hot summer days and a community room for hosting friends, both with Wi-Fi.
