Hearing loss is personal and we believe that proper treatment can only begin when we acknowledge that every one of our patients is first and foremost a person. Our patients are someone's grandmother or grandfather, aunt or uncle and truly deserve to be treated as such. Secondly, the way that hearing loss or tinnitus affects our lives can vary greatly with each individual.
