About us

We offer a Multidisciplinary Approach. Many clients are able to work through complex problems and situations without medication, and many are also able to simply take a medication to correct a neurological imbalance. Oftentimes, a combination of each can be highly effective. Sometimes medication can help get you stabilized until psychotherapy can make progress, sometimes it's not needed at all. We believe in working with clients to avoid medication unless truly necessary. But with an in-house provider working with clients by addressing overall health and wellness, and prescribing medication, that can meet with face-to-face with your therapist and work collaboratively with each other and you, we believe we can achieve the quickest, most effective, and longest lasting results with our integrative approach and philosophy.
