We use a multi-disciplinary approach to forensic architecture and provide to our clients the following services: evaluation of design and construction defects, investigation and evaluation of the building envelope and fire resistive assemblies, certificates of merit, entitlement analysis of construction claims for additional cost and time, expert witness testimony, code and contract consulting, and repair design.
