That playful question sparked the creation of Notty’s Burrito, the Original Italian Burrito. Born from founder Chris Ewing’s, Co-Founder of Strawberry Enterprises, Inc. (berries.com), One Inc and Aspire Digital, 2021 quest to make Italian food portable, Notty wraps classic flavors in a convenient handheld form.
The secret is in the simplicity: a freshly made dough (just six basic ingredients) that’s thin yet sturdy, loaded with rich sauces and premium fillings, then air-fried to a golden crisp.
The result is an entirely new fusion of flavors that’s lighter than a calzone but just as satisfying!
