About us
Our mission at NOVA is to build balanced fitness among our clients using progressive long-term approaches, through exercise, nutritional prescriptions and lifestyle strategies. We view fitness as a journey and not just an endpoint. Through our challenges and experiences, we all have the opportunity to learn more about what we can accomplish, where we’re strong and where we struggle, how to learn from our challenges, and ultimately build confidence, connections to others and resiliency.
We use a constantly varied strength and conditioning program in a group atmosphere that is applicable to all levels of fitness. Train Anaerobic and Aerobic fitness with a mixture of basic bodyweight movements, plyometrics, weightlifting (olympic and power styles), and typical "aerobic" exercise (running, rowing, etc.). All aspects of health and fitness are considered in your training: nutrition, goal setting/achievement, recovery and performance. Consistent effort and intelligent training are rewarded with Fitness and Wellness.Don’t just “workout,” Train!!
