About us
The Mentor NovaCare center has been providing physical therapy to the Mentor area community since 2002. The staff is lead by Gwen Kost, PT, who has been working with NovaCare for over 9 years. Gwen's expertise is in providing first-rate quality care with personal service. She is also a member of NovaCare's service team that focuses on providing clinical and service excellence and is involved in community outreach programs. The Mentor center is located on Munson Road.
