Shannon is a master tax preparer specializing in real estate investor and business taxes. She has a keen awareness of simplifying things. She is an accomplished educator with a bachelor’s degree from Albany State University and a master’s degree from Valdosta State University. As a prior school instructor in public schools as well as the Middle East, she has acquired an innate skill of imparting knowledge from her years of experience in this field She is a licensed real estate agent along with being a certified notary public. She has a thirst for learning new things every day and is masterful in her grasp of complex subject matters. Ideally, she is a better teacher explaining it to others simply. All in all, education is the true key to her heart!

Talona is our client services manager and, more than likely, she may be the first person you speak with when you contact our office. Originally from Chicago, Talona is genuinely passionate about people always demonstrated by her endearing spirit. She has mastered the art of’ “giving back.” Her personable nature is evident in her interactions with everyone she encounters. She cares and it shows.

Cam is our operations and automation director not to mention a tax preparer. She is a graduate of The Art Institute of California where she majored in Fashion Design. Inspired by her understanding of design, it propelled her to develop innovative business processes seamlessly. She enhanced operational procedures with technology applications to ensure maximum productivity.
