Megan is a registered dietitian based out of Orlando, Florida. She is megan.ware.rd.headshotoriginally from the Midwest and has experienced first-hand that what you put IN your body is what you get OUT. In the past, she’s been unhappy with her weight, felt uncomfortable and frustrated (see her before picture here).
