Obosa Osawe, MD, earned her medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in New York. She went on to complete her obstetrics and gynecology residency at the Ohio State University Medical Center. Dr. Osawe is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians, Dr. Osawe worked in a private practice in Poughkeepsie, NY for seven years. She is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her special interests include fibroids, abnormal bleeding, minimally invasive surgery including laparoscopic and robotic assisted surgery. In her spare time, Dr. Osawe enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
