Triple board-certified plastic surgeon William P. Aiello is the founder of Ocean Plastic Surgery Center, located in Los Alamitos, CA. Widely respected and trusted throughout Orange County and greater Southern California, Dr. Aiello specializes in all types of breast surgery, including implants, revisions, breast lifts, and gynecomastia. He is also known for his face and body surgeries, including facelifts, rhinoplasty, eyelid and neck lifts, liposuction, mommy makeovers, and after weight loss surgery. His reputation for beautiful results has earned him a great deal of media attention, including on Inside Edition and E!'s Dr. 90210 and in Newsweek magazine. Dr. Aiello completed his general surgery residency at North Shore Cornell University Hospital in 1984 and his plastic surgery residency at St. Louis University in 1986.
