Don't trust these guys with your life! I have used Oceans West for years to service life rafts, EPIRBs and safety equipment. However, on a recent visit they lost my business for ever! I brought in two life rafts, two MOM man overboard modules and an EPIRB for service. I was told it would be two to three weeks for the work to be completed but turned out to be over six weeks. The biggest complaint however is the fact that they charged me over three hundred dollars to service the EPIRB and never touched it! When I inspected the unit I noticed that it hadn't been serviced. I don't know about you but, I want to be able to rely on the life saving equipment if and when it's needed!
When I brought the problem to the attention of the general manager he simply was not interested doing anything for me but the service that was originally paid for... Terrible customer service!
