OHM Fitness Columbia is more than a workout studio, it's a full body experience. Our 25-minute Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) classes range from a high-intensity Strong Vibrations session to a low-impact Sculpt & Sweat session to our Stretch & Flow session where the impulses feel like a gentle massage.
