On Time Delivery came into existence as Fred’s Delivery Service in 1954, delivering flowers and floral supplies from wholesalers in Pittsburgh to flower shops in Western Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia.
After expanding our customer base and geography over the next 25 years, we emerged as On Time Delivery Inc. in 1979, winning a contract with Avon Products Inc to service their representatives in Western PA. Since then we have continued to expand by structuring services around the specific needs of the shippers. By creating unique structures for each shipper, we are able to overcome the delivery consistency and flexibility problems that shippers encounter when dealing with general purpose carriers.
