Evangeline Manning is the owner and principal performer of Once Upon A Birthday TN. Evangeline has been a princess, actress, and vocalist for almost ten years, and she has always wanted to own an official princess party business. She has her Associate’s Degree in Commercial Entertainment from Columbia State Community College, and she is continuing her Bachelor’s Degree to be a teacher at MTSU through their Elementary Education Program.

Evangeline got her start at the age of six performing locally in her town of Columbia, TN, at The Maury County Arts Guild. She continued to succeed at her performance dream as the lead Female Vocalist in Hersheypark Livewire! at Hersheypark Theme Park in Hershey, PA. She has most recently received a nomination for Outstanding Actress in her performance as Shelby in Steel Magnolias at The Center For The Arts in Murfreesboro, TN.
