One Girl Cookies is a bakery located in the Cobble Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. Our bakery's foundation is based on attention to detail, delivering joy with each bite and making people feel special. Our products keep high-quality ingredients at their core, from our signature tea cookies to breakfast pastries, as well as cakes, cupcakes and light lunch menu. Our cafe serves artfully crafted coffee, which is sourced from our Brooklyn neighbors: Partners Coffee. Our Cobble Hill store is a quaint and charming spot that has been open since 2005; and has become a community hub, meeting spot, as well as a good place to work or study. One Girl Cookies has been recognized in popular publications such as Oprah Magazine.
