Stephen T. Onesti, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a board-certified neurosurgeon specializing in adult spine surgery and the surgical treatment of chronic pain.
Before joining NSPC Brain & Spine Surgery (NSPC), he served as professor of neurosurgery and chair of the Department of Neurosurgery at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences Center of Brooklyn, NY from 2003 to 2011. Dr. Onesti has served as Chief, Division of Neurosurgery, Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital in Oceanside, NY.
