About us
Opal Moon Winery produces your wine in a clean environment staffed with friendly, experienced professionals. We offer a variety of open-top and closed-topped fermentation tanks that range in size to accommodate small-to-large wine lots. Our two separated barrel rooms feature unique temperature and humidity control, all housed within a 30,000 sq. ft. building. We also have APs available
