At Optimum Direct Care, we believe convenient access to a trusted physician who knows you personally is a key component of your good health. As a direct primary care practice, our goal is to help you establish a productive and enduring doctor-patient relationship that serves as the foundation for your optimum wellness throughout your life.

Our founding physician, Dr. Toni Muzzonigro (also known as Dr. Muzzi) is a Board-Certified Family Practice Physician. She is a south Florida native and graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned a degree in nutrition. Dr. Muzzi went on to earn her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Muzzi completed her family practice residency at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan and became a board-certified family physician in 2010. Her professional interests include nutrition; metabolic; cardiovascular disease prevention; diabetes management, prevention, and reversal; and office-based procedures. Dr. Muzzi is also passionate about caring for women and children, combining both her medical expertise and real-world knowledge as a mother of two.
