The mission of Optimus Spine & Posture is to help our patients set goals and achieve them, not just patch the symptoms (headaches, sciatica, neck and back pain, etc.) but instead find and treat the underlying cause of these dysfunctions (loss of curve, anterior head syndrome, poor posture, muscle imbalance, unequal leg length etc.). The patient is treated with a customized plan of care for their condition. The practice utilizes specific analysis of the spine, postural screening, precise adjustments, spinal corrective traction, nutrition, functional and primitive movement exercises. The care plan is designed to restore the body’s optimal structure and function and to gain knowledge to sustain and progress a healthy lifestyle.
