About us
Orcas Biomass serves Orcas Island by processing, storing, and distributing all forms of woody biomass and some forms of green waste. Our processing includes chipping, composting, milling, and the making of biochar. Our distribution includes a commercial and retail space for the sale of compost, woody mulch, chips, and biochar as well as lumber and slab wood from salvaged logs. Orcas Biomass shares yard and shop space with our sister company, Rain Shadow Consulting.
