Chef and owner Orlando Mulé recently moved to LA from Montreal, and brought with him several hometown dishes to supplement his pizza and pasta-centric menu. Think French bistro fare like French onion soup and beef tartare in addition to what is perhaps the most well-known Canadian dish, poutine, made with Montreal-style smoked brisket.
