About us
Dr. Fagelman is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in complex shoulder and elbow surgery, sports medicine, and joint reconstruction. He treats a wide range of conditions, including rotator cuff tears, arthritis, fractures, dislocations, labral injuries, tendon tears, and failed shoulder replacements. A graduate of UT Austin and UT Health Science Center at Houston, he completed his orthopedic residency at Loyola University and a fellowship in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Fagelman provides personalized, conservative care, offering surgery only when necessary. He has been consistently recognized by Texas Monthly and D Magazine as one of the region’s top doctors and proudly serves patients of all ages across the DFW area.
