I am sad that I have to write such a bad review, but I feel obligated to do so, after I have not been able to reach a resolution with Oscar. I have given him many opportunities to come out and resolve the issues, but he has not been willing to do so. I had him come out to have a look at a leak on my roof. He came out and after being on my roof for an hour (!) he told me that there were 4 tiles broken. He went into the addic and said that he found the leak and he fixed it and asked me for $150. After I paid him (my mistake), I went up in the attic and discovered what he actually did. He put a new tile up (I supplied this) and he calked around it. I discovered in order to get to the tile from the inside, he cut a hole in the roof, but did not patch this up again. All the broken pieces of tile were left in the attic in the insulation. When I brought this to his attention, he said that he would not be able to come by for 2 weeks, but that it would be another $100 to fix the hole in the...
