Osteria La Giara in Short Pump has a delicious new twist on pasta dishes, you pick your own pasta, your sauce and your own toppings and its made to order. I had the fettucini with olive oil and garlic topped with broccoli, peas, mushroom, onion and chicken and man was that good!
