In 2022 Chip and Nancy created United Land Sites LLC., a company that we are building for the future of our family. Chip and Sally’s sons Benjamin and Daniel recently graduated high school and are starting College at the University of Florida and Santa Fe College, Schools of Construction. Their passion is also Real Estate Development, and they want to join us in our business. As their parents and their aunt, we couldn’t be more pleased that they are choosing this path. We are all on board to help grow our company and we are willing to work hard to achieve our dream. Our family has always worked together. From our mother, Jean, our CFO, to Chip’s wife, Sally, our portfolio manager, to Chip’s children Benjamin and Daniel who, even in high school, help with research and acquisitions.
